2017年11月3日22时25分，黄梅县公安局小池公安分局接到报警称，在黄梅县小池镇凯水月村陈某家中有人抢劫。接到报警后，小池分局民警迅速出警赶到现场。

经初步询问，民警得知：受害人陈某，女，现年43岁。当晚22时许，受害人陈某将家中门窗锁好后便到小池三中接自己17岁女儿放学，一楼卧室内陈某13岁的儿子独自一人关了灯在床上玩手机。案发当时陈某儿子看到有两个陌生男子进入了房间，一名男子戴着帽子和口罩、另一名戴头盔，两名男子发现屋内的小男孩后，立即言语威胁男孩不要叫喊，然后便拿起床单和电线将小男孩捆住，继续在屋中翻找实施盗窃。在陈某和女儿回到家中后，其中一名男子将其女儿拖着后面房间控制住，另一名陌生男子便想控制住陈某，在陈某挣扎反抗过程中对陈某进行殴打，附近邻居听到动静后过来看情况，两名男子迅速逃离了现场。

了解基本案情后，民警立即将情况报告至分局局长朱朝辉，朱朝辉同志高度重视，当晚就组织分局刑侦队成立专班对案件进行侦查，并与县局刑侦大队请求协助。

由于两名嫌疑男子都进行了伪装，受害人对嫌疑人体貌特征描述不清，附近邻居也只听到响动并未目击到嫌疑人踪迹。但根据受害人陈某的描述，结合现场勘察情况，专班民警分析两名男子均操本地口音，且趁陈某外出接孩子放学的时候作案，应该对陈某家庭情况较为熟悉，很有可能是附近村民或者熟人作案，加上两人作案时手法较为娴熟，极有可能有前科。

蛛丝马迹找线索 蹲守布控擒嫌犯

结合该情况，专班民警围绕周边前科人员进行重点排查，同时对两名嫌疑人的踪迹进行循线追踪。后经过排查和追踪，小池镇陈坝村村民罗某进入民警的视线。罗某，43岁，2004年因强奸、抢劫、盗窃罪被黄梅县人民法院判处有期徒刑15年，2014年9月刑满释放，后一直在家务农。

通过进一步调查，专班民警掌握到案发前几天，罗某夜晚经常出去，然后午夜时分才返回。罗某的这一奇怪举动，引起了专班民警的怀疑，其极有可能就是两名犯罪嫌疑人之一。锁定犯罪嫌疑人罗某后，专班民警随即对罗某友行踪展开摸排调查。因罗某有犯罪前科，反侦查能力极强，为了能一举将罗某抓获，专班民警并没有贸然采取行动，而是围绕罗某家进行蹲守布控。但罗某似乎对民警行动有所察觉，经常夜不归宿，行踪难以掌握。但专班民警并未放弃，2018年8月28日傍晚，罗某企图偷偷潜回家中，被蹲守在旁的民警一举抓获。

信息排查锁真凶 另辟蹊径巧抓捕

犯罪嫌疑人罗某到案后百般抵赖，拒不承认其作案的事实。在这种情况下，专班民警充分发挥了不怕苦、不怕累的精神，连续作战，最终犯罪嫌疑人罗某在民警的强大心理攻势下，如实供述了自己的犯罪事实。但是对于与其共同作案的另一名嫌疑人，罗某友只供述其是江西九江人，名叫王某，在某菜市场工作，其他的拒不交代。为此，办案民警立即到九江该菜市场走访调查核实王某的身份信息。经过走访，民警得知菜市场并没有名为王某的男子，罗某交代的信息不属实。

为找出罗某的同伙，专班民警对罗某的社会关系和联系人全面进行排查，最后成功锁定了小池镇陈坝村村民万某。作案前几日和作案当天，罗某与万某联系十分频繁，且案发当晚，万某戴着头盔骑着摩托车外出过。种种信息表明，万某就是另外一名嫌疑人。

掌握该线索后，专班民警立即组织对万某进行抓捕，在对部署抓捕计划时，专班民警了解到万某前段时间曾驾车发生交通事故，事故还正在处理当中。利用这一点，专班民警通过交警部门与万某联系，让其前来协商处理事故相关事宜。10月10日，专班民警将赶到公安机关处理事故的万某抓获。后经审讯，犯罪嫌疑人万某对其伙同罗某在陈某家入户抢劫的犯罪事实供认不讳。

2017年11月3日晚，经过前期踩点，趁陈某外出接女儿放学的时机，罗某、万某相约到陈某家中进行盗窃，在撬开屋后的窗户后，两人进入陈某家中实施盗窃，不料被陈某儿子发现，为了防止陈某儿子喊叫，两人利用床单和电线将陈某儿子捆住，将陈某儿子手中的手机以及家中几百元现金抢走，并逼问其家中贵重物品存放位置。

在此过程中，陈某和女儿回到家中，两人又企图将陈某和女儿控制住，遭到陈某的反抗，引起了附近邻居的注意，罗某、万某两人随即逃走。据犯罪嫌疑人万某供述，两人还在2017年10月底盗窃过500多只鸽子。

犯罪嫌疑人罗某已于9月19日被批准逮捕，犯罪嫌疑人万某已被黄梅警方依法刑事拘留，案件正在进一步侦办中。
